You will join the Engineers department, made up of nearly 40 people, whose mission is to designs and builds high-impact features, evolves a robust and scalable infrastructure, and turns product ideas into concrete solutions used every day by thousands of points of sale.
You will report directly to JonĂ s, our CTO.
MISSIONS đ„
The BirdPerson impact team has a strong backend orientation. One of its core responsibilities is the diffusion of our customer's data on the various platforms we manage (Google, Apple, Waze, ...).
As the technical lead of this team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting your Product Manager in achieving the product vision, and offering them strong support regarding the sometimes very technical aspects of the scope.
Providing technical expertise on product explorations and features.
Participating in the development of these features.
Ensuring that the code aligns with quality standards, track technical debt in the impact team's backlog, and make suggestions to improve the system over time.
Ensuring skill development through reviews, pair programming, etc.
Involving the team in decision-making and discussions (tech strategy, roadmap, etc.).
Co-organizing team rituals.
You will work on our Python Fast API, Celery Workers, React Typescript frontend with a Postgres database on a monolithic architecture that we are working to split in domains.
EXPERIENCES & SKILLS đŒ
Proven experience as a Lead Developer
Proficiency in Python within a web stack (e.g, FastAPI, Django or Flask)
Experience in a front-end JS framework (experience React/Redux is a plus)
Previous experience with Celery is a strong bonus
Previous experience of working at scale is a strong bonus
Good oral and written communication skills regarding technical challenges
Strong problem-solving skills
Being comfortable with English is a must have as we are an international team

Business Case Interview with 2 team members (2 video calls, 1 hour each)
Final Interview with JonĂ s, CTO (1h) & Savinien, CPO (30min), at our offices
As part of our recruitment process at Partoo, at least one step takes place in our offices in Paris or Barcelona, to meet our teams in person.
COMPENSATION đž
Salary: 60K - 70K
Our compensation grids are built using the Figures tool, based on an internally defined career path with a strong focus on fairness across teams.
A quarterly 360° feedback is conducted with your manager, complemented by an annual compensation review based on performance and behavior.
