Descriptif du poste

Here's What You Need: 

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience in SAP, ERP, SaaS, or cloud services 

  • Minimum 2 years selling SAP cloud solutions (GROW with SAP, S/4HANA Public Cloud, or equivalent SaaS ERP) 

  • Proven track record originating and closing new logos in a mid-market or SME segment 

  • Comfortable selling productised, fixed-scope solutions — you position the offering, not a bespoke proposal 

  • Experience with co-sell motions with SAP or other cloud vendor field teams 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience 

Professional qualifications: 

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment 

  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting 

  • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure 

  • Excellent communication — written, oral and interpersonal 

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities 

  • Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character 

  • Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) strongly preferred 

Bonus Plan: 

This role is on the MMD Sales Incentive Plan: Mid-Mkt Sales Account Executive (ML6–7). Sales target: €4.5M–€9M ARR. Metric: ACV. Bonus target: 100% of eligible earnings. Plan cap: 4× eligible earnings (250% of sales target). Paid quarterly.
