Descriptif du poste

As an On Site Support leader, you will guarantee the delivery of a close quality service to Devoteam collaborators in France. 

You will be acting as a role model and technical leader to On site administrators. 

You will be directly reporting to the On Site Support manager and ensure a close collaboration with level 2 infrastructure engineers.

You role embeds several missions and dimensions as follows :

As an On Site Engineer, you will :

  • Welcome and deliver work kit to employees (laptop, mobile, accessories) 
  • Resolve incidents and requests at level 1 and level 2 on site or remotely
  • Prepare and master workstations (Windows, MAC, Chromebook)
  • Insure the maintenance of Onsite devices including: meeting rooms, printing devices, screens and badge systems
  • Manage the stock inventory
  • Manage the relations with some key vendors

As a Tech leader, you will :

  • Bring your technical expertise and customer orientation to on site administrator
  • Follow incidents & requests, guarantee SLA
  • Backup the Onsite manager
  • Embed continuous improvement for the service and the roadmap

Profil recherché

Technical skills

  • Good expertise level on Windows 10,  MacOS, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Android et iOs
  • Appreciated expertise on ChromeOS

Soft skills

  • Bilingual, fluent english & french
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the team and users
  • Customer / Service oriented, User Experience focused
  • Autonomous and curious about new technologies
