Your missions:

• Management of the group's social media strategy: communication plans, publication planning, posts, community animation, reporting...
• Creation of content: coordination of the writing of articles, posts, newsletters
• Participation in the press relations strategy in close collaboration with the press agency and Devoteam's General Management
• Support for the brand strategy and employer brand: project management, coordination with different countries, etc
• Competitive benchmarking: monthly review in the form of slide presentations, weekly newsletter with market trends, etc
• Coordination with our internal creative agency

What skills do you need to join the team?

• Fluent English: English is our work language, and you’ll interact with people all over the Group. 
• Fluent French: French is also recommended. 
• Autonomy and flexibility: Understanding what’s expected, getting on with the tasks without being strictly monitored
• Proactive and resourceful: Taking initiative without constantly being asked for and anticipating upcoming needs.
• Collaboration with cross-functional, Intra & inter-country teams:
  Ability to collaborate across various teams from within and across different countries.
