Devoteam Group is adopting a more local governance strategy on ERP systems. The current ERP system should be secured and simplified, fit for purpose and focused on a French mid-term scope.

Descriptif du poste

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

Within a team of around 8 people, you will act as a Finance data & integration analyst on oracle e-Business Suite and other interconnected apps. 2024 is focused on several projects:

• Security & stabilisation

Security hardening of Oracle Business Suite component

Cleanup of schedulers / workflows / data models

Decommissioning of some legacy components

Reporting migration to the Tableau / Snowflake

• Group finance tools deployment & enhancement

Cash Collection System

Treasury management

• Business as usual

Merge & integration of new Devoteam acquisitions

RUN ACTIVITIES:

Manage incidents : perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, testing & change management

Manage and monitor interfaces

Manage integration Hub with HR and Recruiting Systems

Manage reports using XML publisher or Octopus

Follow up on reports such as Weekly CRA, Whoz reports, WIP…

Manage & support closing process activities

Identify data model and integration enhancements reducing administrative overhead and improving data consistency

Profil recherché

• 10+ years experience
• IT experience and/or IT degree
• Good technical skills within Oracle eBS (SQL, PLSQL, OA Framework, Workflow etc…)
• Good level of skills on API management and data modelling
• Analytics skills on presentation layer and data lake solutions
• ITSM culture is a must
