    Descriptif du poste

    The Sales, Marketing & Staffing IS team of Devoteam Group is looking for its new Whoz Product Manager to join the IT department. Whoz Staffing tool for Devoteam is deployed for 4 500 consultants, around 35 entities and continues to grow constantly. 

    As a Whoz Product Manager, your role will be to 

    • Ensure the smooth running of Whoz platform:
    • Check the data quality and perform data cleaning; 
    • Test the new features in sandbox before the deployment; 
    • Communicate new features to the end users and update the knowledge base;
    • Perform biannual pricing model updates;
    • Implement organisational changes of Devoteam group (merge or split of entities, renaming or deactivation of entities);
    • Be the tool expert and referent for the whole group
    • Help with implementation of new entities (data transfer, training session)
    • Coordinate the tech team and the business team
    • Plan the changes to implement
    • Identify and train the new users
    • Manage new Projects
    • Manage resources, planning, animate the workshops and follow up build and deployment
    • Communicate what’s new to all stakeholders concerned
    • Prepare and present a recap of all the projects for IT directors
    • Provide 3rd level support to Whoz users
    • Manage incidents and requests that can not be solved by 2nd level support group; 
    • Update the knowledge base for the support team 
    • Manage the relationship with the Editor
    • Animate bi-monthly meeting : open tickets, project in progress
    • Manage the Zamba Community (Whoz Ambassadors) 
    • Animate monthly meetings (in French and English);
    • Provide specific training sessions 
    • Keep up to date the end users documentation
    • Write the new training cards, and update the training platform when the UI is updated
    • Coordinate with the communication team to use the latest templates and contents

    Profil recherché

    • Sense of Service ++ 
    • Autonomy 
    • Organised
    • Fluent English
    • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet
    • Ability to listen, challenge and formalise business needs;
    • Ability to communicate and interact with key management players.
    • Reactivity 
    • Knowledge of Whoz tool is a plus but not required
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus but not required
