You will join the Group IT team to work on internal projects alongside our various functions: human resources, communication, marketing, sales, etc.

Mission:
Assist the IT team in communicating with their various audiences ensuring consistency & quality of messages. 

Challenge:

Thanks to your communication and interpersonal mindset, organisational skills, marketing techniques, capacity to adapt to evolving priorities and understand projects' stakes, and, of course,  tool mastering, you will contribute to developing projects' impact.

Based on our branding guidelines & team/stakeholder brief you will create content to engage our various audiences through different channels and formats: 

• Internal social media: posts, visuals, banners, GIFs, infographics, etc. 
• Emailing campaigns: formatting, editing, writing
• Videos & podcasts: scripting interviews & editing
• Presentations, e-books, and documentation

You will monitor the impact of these activities and take action accordingly. 

Profil recherché

• Fluent in English & French
• Ability to understand Devoteam’s business
• Writing & structuring skills
• Creativity
• Active listening 
• Proactive thinking & capacity to propose ideas
• Prioritisation skills
• Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro…) or  equivalent, Google Workspace (Doc, Sheet, Slide…)
