Profil recherché
The role:
· To support in the delivery of small works, minor projects and life cycle work
· To assist in management and delivery of project services, demonstrating best practice
· Ensure to comply with compliance and company procedures while ensuring continuous improvement
· To assist with financial and commercial control, ensuring profit, Service and budget
· To assist with quotes for minor works, within agreed budgets, cost and customer expectations
· To work with procurement and sub-contractors as appropriate
· Liaise with the Operational Team and client to ensure coordination of all works carried out
· Communicate any issues or potential disruptions and agree a plan forward
· Assist with variations and ensure revenue opportunities are captured
· To comply with Health and Safety requirements as well as company policy
· Working 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
The person:
· Broad experience of delivery of small projects, minor works and life cycle
· A flexible attitude along with excellent customer service skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise your work
· Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
· Commercial experience in developing proposals
· Full driving licence required
